• Shipping Cost: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

Delivery Timelines

• Metros: 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

• Tracking: Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp and Email.

Returns & Exchanges

Policy Overview: No Returns & No Exchanges

At Urban Rebel, all products are made and processed with great care. Due to the nature of our products and operations, we maintain a strict No Return & No Exchange policy.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Fit-related concerns
• Change of mind
• Personal preferences
• Style or color expectations

Please refer to the Size Chart carefully before placing your order.

Defective / Damaged / Wrong Product

We only provide a replacement or refund in the following cases:

• Product is damaged
• Product is defective
• Wrong item delivered

Mandatory Proof

• An unboxing video is mandatory showing the issue clearly
• Claims without proper proof will not be accepted

Reporting Window

• Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Email

Resolution

If your claim is approved:

• We will offer a replacement (subject to availability)
  OR
• A refund will be issued
• Reverse pickup will be arranged at no cost (only for valid cases)

Cancellations & Refunds

Pre-Dispatch Cancellation

• Cancel before dispatch → 100% refund

Post-Dispatch Cancellation

• If cancelled after dispatch → refund after deducting two-way shipping charges

Undelivered Orders (RTO)

• If delivery fails after 3 attempts, refund will be processed after deducting two-way shipping charges

Out of Stock

• If replacement is unavailable → full refund issued

Refund Timeline

• Refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
